The following materials should be prepared for applying for the copyright of computer software:
①Identity certification of the applicant(copy):
--Identity certification of the legal entity or other organizations: copy of the business license, code certificate of the not-for-profit corporation, or official documents issued by the local civil administration organ or competent authority;
--Identity certification of the natural person: ID
②Materials to be examined
--If the source program (the command or statement sequence written in computer language) exceeds 60 pages, it should be divided into two parts of 30 pages, both in sequential order, and submitted; if not, it should be submitted at a time; the source program should not have less than 50 lines (except the ending page) for each page; page numbers should be indicated in the source program (for those submitted dividedly, the two parts should both have sequential order, but there should be no sequence between their respective numbers);
--If the document (choose one from User Manual, Design Specification and Operation Instruction) exceeds 60 pages, it should be divided into two parts of 30 pages, both in sequential order, and submitted; if not, it should be submitted at a time; the document should not have less than 30 lines for each page (except the ending page); page numbers should be indicated in the document (for those submitted dividedly, the two parts should both have sequential order, but there should be no sequence between their respective numbers);
③Other certificates on the ownership of software copyright
--Certificates on the ownership of software copyright: contract or agreement on cooperative development; agreement or contract on software development by mandate; software development commission; permit on applying the software development of other corporations;
--Imprint: edition statement should be submitted when applying for registry of software V1.0 or higher version, or making registry of original software by taking other codes as the version number.
